Z.T.L No Problem
ZTL cameras are active when the access gate is signed “Red” and only when you enter into the city, not when you go away. If you see another “Red” gate on the way out, that means that you took a wrong way and you are entering again inside the ZTL zone. To avoid that Risk, please follow correctly the Gps indications.
Once arrived inside the garage, our operator will telematically transmit the license plate to the municipality of Florence, authorizing your access inside the ZTL area. The cost of the municipal ticket is euro 1.00 included in the parking fee.
If you need to use the car during your stay, you must know that for every return inside the ZTL, the garage will do for 1€ a new communication of your license plate, authorizing again your access inside the ZTL zone.
It’s mandatory to know that once you enter inside the ZTL zone and you pass the Red gate, you have 3 hours maximum to reach the Garage, after that time we will be NOT able to communicate your license plate. Communication can only be made upon arrival of the car inside the garage.
We can only authorize your access to the ZTL zone. Reserved lanes for public transport, pedestrian areas, police and ambulances etc. etc. are excluded.
Please, always double check that the license plate on the ticket has been wrote correctly. In case you find an error, please report that immediately to the operator to let him correct and send again to the Police.
Please keep your receipt for 6 months.
If you receive a report from the Municipal Police of Florence, please do NOT make any payment but write immediately to the following email: info.park2go@gmail.com, attaching a copy of the report that you have received and the exit receipt.

Where is the car park?
Our car park is located just 80 metres from the Duomo of Florence, in the heart of the historic centre. Parking in this central area has never been so convenient! We also manage the ZTL to make the experience even easier.
Do you offer car servicing?
Absolutely! Our car-loving staff is always available from 8 a.m. until midnight. We are ready to take care of your car, whether for simple storage or for maintenance services such as bodywork and interior care. Your car will have a real SPA!
How many parking spaces are available?
The car park has 70 parking spaces, all of which are easily accessible. The ramp leading to the parking areas is also accessible to the disabled. Our staff is always ready to assist you at any time.
Can I collect my car before the booked time?
If you need to collect your car before the scheduled pick-up time, please let us know at least 30 minutes in advance. This way, we will be able to have your car ready for you at the time of collection.
